ACC Physio MBI Contract

Reason

A clinician requires to be setup under a Physio MBI (Maternal Birth Injuries) Contract

Prerequisites:  How to Create a New Clinician

                         Acc Allied Health Service Contract 

Solution

Note: The ACC Physio MBI Contract is available to Clinicians who have an ACC Allied Health Service Contract.  Please see ACC Allied Health Service Contract on how to add this to the Clinician's setup.

1. Go to Administration >> Clinicians and click the  icon next to the Clinician whose ACC Contract needs to be updated to Physio MBI Contract
2. Under the Provider Contract Settings >> Select the Provider Type to be Physiotherapist
3. Select the relevant Site.
4. Select Contract Type to be Physio MBI
5. Select the relevant From Date
6. Enter the relevant Billing Type
7. Enter the Contract No starting with AHSxxx
8. Enter the Vendor No
9. Enter the Provider No

10. Click Save

Note: NB Below is an example of how to add a Physiotherapist's Physio MBI Contract to an existing Allied Health Contract Clinician setup. Your contract with ACC will dictate what is selected in this area.
