Gensolve Audio Enterprise Manager
ACC32 Rejected with Appointments Booked
Issue
An ACC32 (request for further appointments) has been rejected by ACC.
Appointments have already been booked in expectation that the ACC32 would be approved and the patient wishes to go ahead with (some or all of) these appointments.
Solution

In GPM, set the status of the ACC32 to Rejected:
2. Change the claim type for the condition (as it is no longer an ACC type):
Click on the Condition Details tab then change the Claim Type from "ACC" to "Private" (as the Client will have to pay for the remaining appointments)
Click Save
3. Edit the remaining appointments and select the appropriate service charges so that the Client is charged for them.
