Add a Restriction for Clients that Have an Event
Issue
Need to run a merge for clients with an event in a specific date range.
Solution
Follow the steps below to make a search of clients that have an event associated:
- Go to Reports >> Template Merge
- Select Client as the Object Type to Merge
- Click Add Mandatory Restriction
- Select Has an Event
- Specify whether the restriction will be made by the events:
- Due as at a specific date
- Completed within a specific date range
- Created within a specific date range - By default, the search will be performed for all the Event Types, but you can select specific Event Types to search by.
- Click Ok
- Click on Get Matching Rows to retrieve the list of clients with an event that matched the search criteria selected above.
- Select a Merge Action to Take and Run the Merge
