Adding New Staff to GPM

Follow the processes below to setup a new staff (clinician or provider) in Gensolve Practice Manager.

  1.  Create a System User: create a system user for the new staff, add access privileges and site access for that system user.

  2.  Create a Clinician: create a clinician/provider and add to a site.

  3.  Create Appointment Schedule: create the appointment schedule for the clinician/provider.

  4.  Edit Reminder Autoschedule  if you have an SMS Autoschedule already set up and add the new Clinician.
