AEM - Supervisor Clinician Notes Sign Off

Issue

A Supervisor needs to review and Sign Off on the notes entered by Students.

Solution

Setup the Student Clinician

1. Administration >> Clinicians >> Get Data >> Edit the Clinician (Or click on New Clinician if required)
2. Tick This Clinician requires Sign off for Clinical Notes >> Save

Student Completes their Notes

1. The Student completes their Clinical Notes by ticking The Notes Have Been Completed >> Save & Complete  (Note: The Notes have been signed off is greyed out)
2. The Clinical Notes will be updated with the User, Date and Time of the Student completing the notes as per below:

1. The Appointment will be updated with a Clinical Notes completed icon 

Reviewing the Students Notes

1. Once the Student has completed their Clinical Notes, the Reviewer can Right Click on the Appointment >> View the Clinical Notes
2. Once the review is successfully completed, tick >> The Notes have been Signed off by >> Click on Save & Complete
3. The Sign Off will be stamped with the User, Date and Time as per below.

1. The Appointment that has had Clinical Notes completed and Signed Off will now display a    Clinical Notes icon. .
