AEM - How to Create a New Clinician
What you will learn...
In AEM, for a clinician to be assigned clients' appointments, you will need to define which site the clinician will be working at.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a new clinician and add this clinician to multiple sites.
Prerequisites
The System User has been created: How to Create a System User.
The Site has been created: How to Create a New Site.
IMPORTANT!
1. Please note that when adding new clinicians, the SMS Auto Schedule(s) (if used) will need to be edited so that the new clinician(s) can be included.
iCal Support Removed. We are no longer supporting the iCal integration, it requires a link copied from GPM into Google / Apple calendar to gain access to iCal format of appointments for the provider. This link, although encrypted, does not require any authorisation (username / password) to gain access to the iCal file and as such falls short of best security practice that requires any access to client details require authentication.
