Appointment Book Shows Provider with No Appointment

Issue:

A provider is not working on a specific day but still appears in the appointment book.

Reason

A provider will show in the appointment book if it has a cancelled appointment.

If the option to hide cancelled appointments (Main menu - Options >> Hide Cancelled Appointments) is selected, it will give the appearance of a provider in the appointment book with no appointments.
