Assign a Charge to Another Client
Issue
A charge for an appointment for "Client 1" needs to be assigned to another "Client 2" (i.e. Client 1 is a child of Client 2).
Solution
Please follow the steps below to assign a charge to another client:
- Let's assume "Client 2" will pay for charges assigned to "Client 1"
- On the Client Header, click on next "Client 1" to open the Client Details window
- Locate the Charge To field and select "Client 2"
- Click Save
4. Create an appointment for "Client 1".
5. On the Client Appointment Details window, tick "Client 1" charges to "Client 2".
This function will be applicable to Services Supplied, Products and Class Charges.

Creating an invoice for "Client 2"
On the Client Header, click on next "Client 2" to open the Invoice Details window.
Note: the Item Details below show that the appointment charges to invoice are for "Client 1"
Recording payment from "Client 2"
On the Client Header, click on next to "Client 2" to open the Debtor Payment Received window.
Note: the Item Details below show that the appointment charges and the invoice to be paid are for "Client 1".
