Before You Begin

Before you install and run Gensolve Practice Manager, take the time to review the information in this below and ensure that:

  1. Your system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements (see: System Requirements).

  2. Your system has the latest Windows Updates and security patches (see: Troubleshooting Installation).

  3. You have the permissions required to install applications on your PC .

  4. You are currently connected to the internet.

  5. You have received:

    • A valid Username and password

    • The URL (website address) where you will download the application from

    • If required, the name of the site you wish to connect to.
