Clinicians not at Site Appear in Event User Selection List

When creating a new event, the list of users to choose from includes clinicians that are no longer working at the site. How can I remove them from this list?

The list of users in the event screen is based on System Users and not Clinicians. The System User needs to be removed from the site so as not to appear in the list.

 

Note : You will need GPM administration rights to perform this task.

  1. Go to Administration >> System Users and click Get Data
  2. Highlight the system user that should be removed from the site.
  3. In the panel System User Site Access, click on  to delete the site row and thus remove the System User from this site.

Note: System Users with no site access will be unable to log on to that site. Site access can be re-instated at any time.
