Contract Charges SMS Reminder Settings

Reason

You need to stop certain Contract Charges linked to Appointments from sending out SMS Reminders

Solution

  1. To stop a Contract Charge from sending an SMS Reminder to a client when entered against an Appointment, go to Contracts >> Contract Types >> Edit the Contract Type >> Contract Charges >> Edit the Charge >> and tick Default to NOT send a Reminder when this charge is on an appointment, as per the below screen shot >> Click OK to save.
