Create/Copy Notes Based on Another Condition
A client condition can be linked to one or more appointments (whether as part of a contract or not).
Medical notes are created following an appointment with a clinician and some of the information in the medical notes are linked to a condition.
Information can then be carried forward to other appointments (exams).
In addition, medical notes can be created/copied from :
- the most recent exam
- a previous exam - this may be notes for a different condition or a different client.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to create/copy medical notes from another condition.
Prerequisites
A client condition and medical notes already exist.
The clinician's medical notes settings "Show Exam selection page when creating a new Exam" has been selected.
