Delete a Paid Appointment
Issue
How to delete an appointment that has been paid for.
Reason
An appointment that has been previously paid cannot be deleted and this is intentional.
Solution
Depending on the circumstances the following options are available:

Delete the payment and then cancel or delete the appointment OR
- If the client is re-booking, edit the appointment and change the appointment date to the new date and time.
Note: If the appointment has been set to Completed, it will need to be reverted to Confirmed before cancelling or deleting it.
