Deleted Appointments

Description

This report shows all Deleted Appointments based on Vendor, Site, Clinician and/or Clients.

This report can be run within a date range for a maximum of a week and provides details about the Deleted date, User(s) who performed the action, Provider Name, Appointment Date, Client Name and Duration.

Running the Report

  • Go to Reports >> Reports and select Miscellaneous from the Report Category list.
  • Then select Deleted Appointments in the Report to Run list.
  • Set up the filters to select the data to be run for the report.
  • Click on Run Report to generate the report.

Filters

TYPE DESCRIPTION
For Vendor

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Vendor.

For Site

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Site.

For Clinician

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Clinician/Provider.

For Client

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Client..

Restrict To

This filter allows you to restrict the report data to the following conditions: Deleted Date and Appointment Date.

Date Range

This filter allows you to select a date range for which to run the report.
