Exam Treatment Types

This report shows Orchard Code Treatment Types used in Exams created in a specified date range and can be filtered per Orchard Code Treatment Type.

This report is available if you are enabled to use Orchard Codes.

Go to Reports >> Reports and select Clinical from the Report Category list.
Then select Exam Treatment Types in the Report to Run list.
Setup the filters to select the data to be run for the report.
Click on Run Report to generate the report.

TYPE	DESCRIPTION
For Vendor	This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Vendor.
For Site	This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Site.
For Clinician	This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Clinician/Provider.
For Treatment Type	This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Treatment Type.
Date Range	This filter allows you to select a date range for which to run the report.
Set Period To	This filter allows you to set the date range to a specific Period (e.g.: Calendar Year, Financial Year, etc.).
Include exams with no Treatment Types	This filter allows you to specify whether exams with no Treatment Types should be included in the report.
Show the Report Title	This filter allows you to specify whether the main report title (at top) should be shown in the report.
