New Features & Improvements

Google Tag Manager
You are now able to integrate Google Tag Manager in your online web portal. Google Tag Manager is a simple and easily integrated tag management system to manage all your tags without editing code.

New clinician types
You can now select Speech Pathologist and Speech Therapist under the following drop-down menus:
- Main Provider Type;
- Tyro Provider Type;
- Contract Settings Provider Type.

User Access Role 'Show Contract Charges' impacts Charges and Appointment tab
Now you can add or remove permissions to system users so they can see (or not see) contract appointment charges.

Revenue Item Details report
You can now export a Revenue Item Details report to excel with a new field that shows the respective revenue ledger.

Contract status: on hold
You can now set the status of a contract on 'on hold'

Updated delete method for contracts
You will now be prevented from deleting Contracts when a related group or form entry exists

Clinician Appointment Schedule
Now you can see an entire week of a Clinician Appointment Schedule on 1 page.

Smart forms - GPM Web
There is now the option to send a smart form to a specific client via email. Once the Client has filled the form and is sent to the GPM, a new form is added to the full history of this client.

Medicare Automatic Reconciliation
There is now a new option to automatically reconcile the payments received via Medicare Online. When all services of a specific claim have the benefit greater than zero, the claims are successfully reconciled and a new daily takings is created according to the Site and Bank Account, with all claims paid via Medicare Online. When at least one service of a specific claim has not a benefit and the claim has Payment & Processing Report, the claim is Highlighted in yellow and when a claim has no payment or processing report, and the Claim's Creation Date is more than 3 days before the current date, the claim is highlighted in red.

Medicare Online (updates)

  • You can now view all claims submitted for a specific client. You can view it via Edit Client > Full History > Tick "Medicare Online". There the Claim ID is displayed in Details field. You can also edit the appointment related to a specific Claim ID.
  • Once you have submitted a Claim, the "Finished" button is displayed at the bottom of the screen to finalize the Claim process. There is now a warning message to advise a client when the selected services have already been claimed.
  • When Medicare/DVA cards are verified with Medicare Online, a new window is displayed showing only Active Clinicians and Provider Number (set to the home site ID of the client).

 

Fixes and Updates

Email screen open 
You can now go through all the applications with the email screen open.

Classes - GPM Web
Now you can see all your booked classes in GPM web.

Exam forms

  • Issue fixed of when entering Social Factor on the medical notes, an error would occur if the enter notes were too long.
  • Issue fixed where the Patient Health and History text could be truncated on the right hand side of the Notes report.

Appointments Not In Schedule report
Now you can use the 'Appointment Not In Schedule' reports.

Recurring expenses
You can now specify on a recurring expense that a payment should also be made when the expense is created.
