GPM AU Release Notes Version 6.6 - June 2018

New Features that have been Implemented

GPM Web

As of June 2018 GPM Web is implementing a new and more modern UI, displaying new icons and overall setup on Dashboard, Reports, Appointments and Clients Views. The update will contain the following in order to reflect these changes:

  • New Icons and buttons.
  • Refreshed overall views with a different colour palette.
  • Updated logo and login page.
  • Updated screens for charts, scheduler, appointment creation and edition, client details, client details tabs, and smart forms.

Other features

Emailing via ‘Report Viewer’ email button now saves to client event
You can now create clients events when using the email button through Discharge Report and Medical Notes Report.

Condition Appointments Allowed report run by Site
You now have the option to run the Condition Appointments Allowed by the Condition's Site and/or the Client's Home site.

New User Privilege to Show or Hide ‘Client Group Clients’ button
You can now have access to 'Client Group Clients' button by editing the access role and login in with the system user.

Contract Type Colour
You can now specify colours on a Custom Contract Type where any related Appointments for that contract type will show in that colour on the appointment book.

Employee Emailing
You can now send an email to a employee from within the Employee Details.

New Merge Fields

  • There is a new merge field available for Custom Contracts called <<ContractId>> that is the unique internal id for a Contract.
  • There is a new merge field available for Conditions called <<ConditionId>> that is the unique internal id for a Condition.

Commission Templates
You can now specify on a Commission Template if you want to create Invoices when creating commission between sites.

Appointments Not Completed Report by Site
You now have the option to run the Appointments Not Completed report by Site or Site Group.

Clinician Capacity Report by Site
You now have the option to run the Clinician Capacity report by Site or Site Group.

Custom Contract Reports

  • You can now restrict the Custom Contract Details report by the Contract's Management Site.
  • You can now restrict the Custom Contract Appointment Details report by the Contract's Management Site, and by the Appointments Site. 

Reassign User Events
When reassigning events to another user you can now restrict to events due in a specific date range.

New Provider Types
The following provider types have been added Diabetes Educator, Dietitian, Counselor, Remedial Massage, Pharmacist.

Bank Reconciliation for Memberships
When creating a Bank reconciliation, you can now reconcile against a membership directly and the related payment will automatically be created against the membership.

Other improvements and fixes

  • Adjusting stock in a Stock Take for a site group - update the product movement: Fixed the issue where creating product stock adjustments for a stock take based on a Site Group was not correctly adjusting the stock for the adjustment site.

  • Client Charges: The Client Charges tab will now show cancellation fees as paid when they have been invoiced and the invoice is paid.

  • Contract Details Report - Do Not Show Deleted Budgets: Contract Detail Report now does not show any remaining budgeted hours linked to deleted budgets.

  • Manual SMS Reminders: When sending manual appointment reminders you will now receive a warning if any appointments are in the past.

  • Appointment Service Charge Ledgers: When configuring Appointment Service Charges, inactive ledgers will no longer show in the list to select from.
  • Membership Receipts: The Membership Payment Receipt will now show appointments covered by membership in date order.

  • System User Web Access: Deleted clinicians will no longer show when setting up a System User's Web Access.
