New Features

Client Name on Daily Takings (View Request)

The Client Name is now sorted by 'last name, first name' for payments in the Daily Takings.

Default Clinician Schedule (View Request)

When a new Appointment Schedule is created, the From & To times are set by default as 9am to 5pm.

Sender & Receipt Details

You can now view Sender & Receipt email addresses used when an email event has been recorded. You can view it via Edit a Client > Events tab

Number Show Zero (0) as Dash in Custom Forms

A new setting allows the user to specify if a number of text fields should show zeros as dashes. Administration >> Custom Form >> New Form

Contact Email in Clinic Portal

A user can now edit their Contact Email within the Clinic Portal. If the user needs to recover their password the email originally set when the new account was created must be entered.

Gender field on Clinic Portal

Users can now be created from GPM Clinic's Portal without having to specify a gender.

ACC code to GP's patients under 14 years old

GP patients under 14 yeras old will bill to ACC using their new code GP14 as of 1st December.

Client Date of Death Tag

The client Date of Death is now available as a merge field.

Lead Provider Reason Letter field

A new template merge field has been added for Custom Contracts <<LeadProviderReason>>

Revenue Item Details Excel Export

You can now optionally export the Attributed to Id, Item Type Id, Original Item Site Id and Item Id values for each item, when exporting the Revenue Item Details report to Excel.

Discharge Summary Excel

There is now an option to export the Discharge Summary Report to Excel and also run by the Condition's site.

Classes Count

When exporting the Clinician Capacity report to Excel, the Class Hours and counts will now also be exported.

 

New Features relating to Contracts

Contracts allow Discount for Debtors

There is now a new setting on a Contract to specify that the Debtor will receive a discount on the normal charge amounts. You can now have a default on the debtor to say they normally get a discount. You can set the Debtor Discount % via Accounting Form >> Debtors >> Edit Debtor >> Insurer Billing Details >> Contract Invoice Options >> Set Default Contract Discount Percent.

Custom Contract Appointment Details Report

The Custom Contract Appointment Details report will now show amounts paid for items billed in insurer schedules.

Contract Charges

You can now view the Contract Type Charges only on a Contract Type via Administration >> User Access Role >> Contracts Menu

Contract Appointment Invoice Notes 

Invoice notes, if entered, are now visible on the item details of insurer schedule invoices.

Custom Forms on Contract Details
You can now set Custom Forms on a Contract Type to show as tabs on the Contract Details. You can configure it via Contracts >> Contract Types >> Edit >> Select "Show Custom Form" (You are able to set up to five Custom Forms)

Invoicing Site on Contracts

There is a new setting on the Contract Details where you can optionally set an Invoicing Site on the Contract that is different from the Management Site. 

Outcome Reporting

A new report has been added to show Custom Contract Outcome Reporting that has been time in a time frame. Main Form>Reports>Custom Contract Reporting

Budgets by Value

You can now specify a Budget based on a Dollar value (rather than hours). On the Contract set up you will now have a new option to choose a Value budget which will allow you to specify $ amounts.

Default Budgets

You can now specify a Budget Templates on a Contract Type. Each Budget can be marked as being a default, and when creating a new Contract you can copy in the default budgets using the new button. Each Budget Template can optionally be configured to only be usable on specific contract charges if required. If set the Appointment and contract charges will only allow those charges to be used against the Budget.
 

API Updates

The Gensolve API allows you to extract data using our interface definitions which can be found here

API Checkbox on Appointment Schedules

There is a new checkbox on the Appointment Schedule Screen to allow API Reports to be applied to the Clinic Portal. This checkbox only appears after fitting the first 'Web Enabled' checkbox IF the user has 'API Full Access'. You can configure it via Administration >> User Access Roles >> Create a New Access Role >> Tick "API Access"

API Client Report

You can now run Client Report using Client_Id, Date_Created, Date_Updated filters

API Contract Outcome Reporting

A new endpoint has been add to allow exporting of the Custom Contract Outcomes Reporting


Fixes and Updates

Online Bookings

When a user selects an appt in Clinic Portal then logs in afterwards, the user is now redirected to appointment details instead of the home page.

Appointment condition counts for Regulation/EPN Contract (View Request)

Fixed the issue when Regulation and EPN count were showing incorrectly on the Appointment and Appts Used tab. 

Budget Warning

You can now set up a contract budget and force one to be used on an appointment. A rounding error can occur telling the user they have gone over budget when they are actually using up what's there.

ACC32Request via Healthlink 

Fixed the issue where ACC32 requests were not able to be attached when creating a Healthlink message via the main HealthLink menu.

Xero Improvements

Applied changes to help with Xero export performance and reduce the calls required to reduce the chances of hitting the Xero imposed communication limits.
