GPM NZ Release Notes Version 7.11 - 2022

New Features and Improvements

Contracts

  • You can now configure Contract Types to allow Pre-Invoice Verification to be set on the respective Contracts via the new 'Default to Require Pre-Invoice Verification?' tickbox.  Invoicing on a Contract will be prevented when verification is required.
  • It is now possible to assign an Asset Ledger when configuring a Contract Type Charge
  • It is now possible to export Contract Sub-Types to Excel via Template Merge as there is a new merge field «ContractSubType»
  • There is now a new Letter Template merge field for a Contract's Status Notes «ContractStatusNotes»
  • When sending Contract Emails, the email addresses for the Debtor, Case Manager, and Client's GP will now appear as email suggestions.

  • The Custom Contract email template now includes tags for the Provider's email address and phone number.

  • When viewing the Schedule Invoice report for an insurer, if the contract charge is Per Hour and the related contract has since changed the Contract Type, an error will no longer occur.
  • The Custom Contract Details Report now has the option to include the Budget dollar values
  • When changing the duration of a Contract appointment directly on the appointment book, you will now be notified if the budget has been exceeded.

API

Accounting

  • Changes made to improve the processing speed for Xero imports for large invoices
  • When creating a new Fixed Asset, a warning will now be given if another Asset exists with the same supplier invoice number.
  • Xero payment exports now return a line error when trying to match a voided invoice in Xero as Xero does not allow payment or editing of voided invoices.
  • You can now set a Default Invoice Email Template on a Debtor/Insurer on the Debtor's Details page>>Default invoice email template box

Claim Reviews

  • The ACC Claim Review form has been updated to cater for recent ACC changes. When creating a new Claim review report, by default "Version 2 (Current)" will be selected.
  • You now have the option to specify that a Claim Review is not needed for a condition (for example where a specialist has been involved). This can be done under the Condition>> Appts Used>>tickbox 'This Condition is Exempt from Physiotherapy Claim Review (for example when the Client has seen a Specialist)'
  • The Claim Review warning will no longer consider Regulation appointments when calculating whether this is the 12th (or later) appointment
  • Conditions that have been discharged will no longer appear on the Front Office>>Claim Reviews Due. This is in accordance with ACC's expectations that Claim Reviews are only completed for claims that are current.
  • Fixed the issue where Claim Review Due warning messages were appearing after saving exams when claim reviews had already been completed.

Restricted Access

Administration

  • New fields have been added to a Provider(Clinician): a tickbox to specify if they are a contractor and a free text box for an External Reference. Both fields are available as Letter Template merge fields <<ProviderIsContractor>> <<ProviderExternalRef>>, and have been added to the Clinician API endpoints
  • Resolved the issue where the paid amount of a service charge was showing incorrectly when bulk updating service charges
  • When importing an ACC schedule remittance, $0 value items will now be marked as paid by default

Appointment Reminders
