New Features and Improvements

Accounting

Xero
  • The Xero export process has been made more efficient leading to a reduction in Xero transaction export times.

Statement Batches

  • A new option has been added to Statement Batches to only include Items that have been Invoiced.

GST Exempt Memberships

  • You can now create GST Exempt Memberships. In the Membership sale screen tick ''GST Exempt Charge?''
Invoices and Reports
  • Updated the Cash Sale Receipt to use the Site details for the Trading name and GST number where applicable, to be consistent with the Payment Receipt
  • Fixed the issue when emailing a Schedule invoice from the Invoice report, the <<CLAIM_NO>> tag was not populating the Contract Claim number in the Email body
  • BCTI bank details will now show the Creditors Bank, Account Name and Account Number.
Other Accounting Improvements
  • You have now an option on a Creditor screen to never suggest QIF term matching.
  • A new option has been added to Statement Batches to only include Items that have been Invoiced
  • When duplicating an Invoice that was created from a Recurring Invoice, the Invoice Items will now be copied
  • An issue where an Insurer's Billing Options were set to 'Post line Item Revenue to respective Sites', and when invoiced by Schedules it was not posting to the relevant sites have been fixed.

 

Letters and Emails

  • You can now set a Company so its email address will always show in the Suggestions when emailing Clients. This Suggestions button is available from more emailing locations in Gensolve.
  • When viewing the list of All Companies or Clinics (Front Office>All Companies / Clinics) the email address will now be visible (replacing the fax number)
  • Work Intensity and Goal Achieved tags have been added to Condition and Condition Exam Letter Template types for use in Letters and Template Merge.
  • When an ACC32 Report is now emailed the system will create an event if the Create Event box is ticked on the email.

Healthlink

  • An issue with being unable to send Healthlink Messages with attachments that have greater than 100 characters in the name of the file has been fixed.
  • When receiving Healthlink LAB results that have abnormal results, the incoming Message will now show in red to make it obvious.
    Please Note: This will only be applicable to new messages received going forward and does not affect old messages that have already been received.

Contracts

  • You can now specify Default Contacts on Contract Types that will appear when editing related Contracts. These Contacts will be available as email suggestions
  • Contract charges with a Max Qty usage per Appointment Warning, set up on the Contract Type, no longer refer to the Max Qty of Occurrences Warning for the entire Contract, but Max Qty per use warning field.
  • You can now record the "Referred by" on a Contract similar to how you can on a Client and a Condition.
  • An issue with the Lead Reason field not saving against a contract has been fixed.
  • You can now specify Default Contacts on Contract Types that will appear when editing related Contracts. These Contacts will be available as email suggestions

ACC 

  • The field Provider was changed to Reviewing Clinician in the Claim Review.
  • You can now set and use the ACC Contract for Physio Maternal Birth Injuries
  • When running the Discharge Report, there is now an option to save the report as an Upload File against the Client

API

  • Public API endpoints added - Return Deleted forms for Updated Client Appt Charges
  • Client Appts Endpoint by updated Date - You can now make a successful call even if the "ByUpdatedDate" parameter is not provided.

  • Commission ItemType and Id to Revenue API endpoint - You can now get the Commission ItemType and Id for the Revenue endpoint.

Custom Forms

  • You can now view Web Form Entries that have been sent but not completed, under Front Office>Form Entries. From here you can see the link and change the Expiry date, and also re-email the link if required.

Other Features and Fixes

  • A new report has been added called the Contract Wip Export.

  • Move Check boxes to the bottom of the SOTAP and SOAPER exam
  • You can now sort rows in Commission Templates by all headings
  • When exporting Reports to Excel the format will now export to XLSX rather than XLS
  • On the Web Configuration screens for Clinicians, you can now export to Excel using the F7 key
