New Features and Improvements

Healthlink 2.4 messages 

Fixed the issue where the messages sent from Gensolve NZ to recipients who use HL7 v2.4 were not being received by the recipient EDI.

Multi-Site Schedule invoices: Line Items post by Site

Now it is possible to specify for Debtor / Insurer if the line items charged in contracts should post the revenue and debtor amounts to the specific sites when they allow multiple sites on a scheduled invoice. You can do this via Accounting Form >> Money In >> Debtors >> Edit a Debtor >> Insurer Billing Details >> Contract Invoice Options >> Tick the box 'Allow items from multiple sites on an Invoice?' >> Tick the box 'Post line items revenue to their respective Sites? (when not set, all revenue will post to the invoice site)'.

Email Templates: Include Calendar Event Attachment to Emails

Now you can add client events as attachments to your Email Templates for type 'Client Appointment'. You can do this via 'Administration' >> 'Email Templates' >> 'New Email Template' >> Select 'Client Appointment as the template type >> Tick the box 'Include a Calendar event attachment to this email'.

Custom Forms: Mandatory Fields

Now, when a field specified as mandatory is not filled out and Save is selected on the form, an error window will be displayed indicating the mandatory field that must be filled out in order to save. You can set mandatory fields on Custom Forms via Administration >> Custom Forms >> Create or Edit a form >> Click on the field you want to modify >> Set the option 'MandatoryOnComplete' as 'True'.

API Configuration Interface

Now users have a unique place to find all needed configurations to start using the new public API via Administration >> API Configuration.

FCT2 and ORT15 ACC Codes

Fixed the issue where ACC was failing FCT2 and ORT15 charges that were billed via Schedule. Providers on the Physiotherapist Services (EPN) contract can now bill FCT2 and ORT15 codes from Misc Billing Items.

Goals in Letters

You can now create letters with the last 8 goals added in the Medical Notes. You can do this by adding the new merge fields regarding Goals to the Letter Template Type: Condition Exam

Default email for sharing Custom Forms or Group Forms via links

Now, when sharing a Form or Group Entry link by email, the default "From" email address is the logged-in user's. You can add in a System User email address via 'Administration' >> 'System Users' >> Edit a System User >> 'Email Settings' >> Add the email address.

Bulk Processing of Email Events Due

Now it is possible to process invoice email recovery actions in bulk. You can do this via 'Accounting Form' >> 'Money In' >> click on the new Recovery Actions Due button>>Select the email recovery actions ie invoices you want to process >> Click on 'Send Emails'. This results in bulk emails being sent to Debtors or Clients with outstanding invoices as attachments.

Dynamic Field shortcuts allow multiline

Now it is possible to add single-line and multi-line shortcuts to text box custom and form fields. You can do this via 'Administration' >> 'Custom Forms' >> Click 'New Form' >> Right-click on 'Main Panel' >> Click on 'Add a Field' >> Select a Form Field or a Custom Field of Text Box type >> Add single-line or multi-line shortcuts >> Set 'True' in the 'Multiline' properties of the field.

Update Service Charge prices of existing appointments

Now you can update the Service Charges prices for existing appointments via 'Administration' >> 'Service Charges' >> Edit the Service Charge you want to add a new price to >> Click on 'Apply Service Charge Changes' >> Click on 'Get Items to Process' >> Select the service charges items to update >> Click on 'Process Now'.

QR Codes to open Custom Forms

The options for sharing a Form Entry now include a QR code. You can generate the Form Entry QR code for a client via Edit the client >> Go to the 'Full History' tab >> Click on 'Form Entry' >> Select the form you want to share with the client >> Click on 'Share Link'>> Click on the QR button to create the QR code for the client to scan with their mobile in order to view and complete the form.

Client Phone and Mobile to Email templates

You can now include Phone and Mobile numbers in Email Templates. You can add the new tags via Administration>> Email Templates >> New Email Template >> Select the template Type as Client >> Select <<Client_Phone>> and/or <<Client_Mobile>> from the Available Tags list

Validate Stripe/WindCave Payment Method

You can now validate your Online/Web Payment Methods credentials via Administration >> Vendors >> Edit your vendor >> On the Vendor Details page, find the Web Payment Methods section and click on the Validate button to confirm that they are correct.

Restrict Users Email from

Now you can specify on a system user exactly which email addresses that user can send from. When creating any email in the system the user should only be able to choose email addresses they have been set up with.

Internal Reference Numbers for Booking Portal Clients

Now Internal Reference numbers for clients created through the Online Clinical Portal will generate automatically and populate in the client details. You can enable this via 'Administration' >> 'Vendors' >> Edit the Vendor >> Go to the 'Other Settings' tab >> Tick 'Use Internal Client References?' >> Enter details in the Prefix and/or Current no. boxes >>Tick 'Auto-populate Internal References for New Debtors and Clients' >> Click on 'Save'.

Fixed Asset Improvements

On the Fixed Asset screen a new radio button allows restriction by Site and shows in the new Site column.
The new green plus icon 'Duplicate this Asset' allows duplication of the asset
The Process Depreciation button uses the Asset's site for depreciation

On the Fixed Asset Schedule Report the box 'Export to Excel?' allows exporting to Excel and includes the new Site Name column

Client Next Appt tags on Custom Form email templates

We have now added new appointment tags for clients' next appointments to the Email Template Type: Custom Forms which can be selected if the Form Type is 'Client'

Send bulk remittance advice

On the Accounting>>Money Out>>Payments Made screen users can select multiple payments and email remittances in bulk to Creditors via the new Send Remittances button. The Email Template to be used will be the new "Creditor Payment" template.

Contract Charge setting to use ACC45 Number

There is a new setting on Contract Type>>Contract Charges to use the Client's ACC45 claim number (if entered under their Contract Details).
When sending electronic Schedules to ACC for a Charge with this setting, the ACC45 claim number will be defined in the Schedule instead of the Contract Claim Number.

Imported or duplicated Custom Forms use the original 'Save Form on Completion' setting

When creating a new custom form, the option to save a copy of the filled-in form as an uploaded file if it is emailed to the client will be turned on by default.

 

Other Fixes and Features

  • Fixed the issue where the Email From drop-down selection was changed accidentally when the user scrolled the wheel in the mouse
  • You can now view conditions discharged for Physiotherapists EPN by selecting the Physiotherapist option
  • Fixed the issue when amending the total on a reassigned invoice the amount would be posted to the Original Debtor rather than the new debtor and thus throwing the Aged Debtors report out.
  • The issue where email attachments that contain brackets in the filename were sometimes sent without the file extension has now been fixed.
  • Fixed the issue where an Insurer's appointment allowance could be reset if the Condition had an allowance that was not the Insurer's default allowance.
  • Fixed bug which did not allow the web preview of Custom Forms when including a Body Diagram Field.
  • Fixed bug which did not display the Form Entry Custom Fields in the Custom Forms report.
  • Fixed bug in the 'Clinician Revenue Generated Report - Detailed' on drill-down for ACC Schedules.
  • Now attached Word documents in HealthLink messages are converted as PDF documents by default.
  • Fixed bug which keeps the 'API Configuration' option available in the Administration menu even when the 'Enable API Secret Key generation' is deactivated. You can deactivate this option via 'Administration' >> 'Vendors' >> Edit your Vendor >> Click on the 'Support' tab >> Untick the 'Enable API Secret Key generation' checkbox.
  • Fixed the issue where when using Exam system fields on custom forms, you could enter more characters than the field allowed, causing an error when trying to save the information.
  • Now you can configure a Contract Type Charge to use a Liability ledger instead of a Sales/Revenue ledger.
  • Fixed the issue where some users were getting a message "Error Sending Email" when trying to email with attachments.
