HealthLink Blood Test Results

Reason
Blood Tests received via Healthlink may require urgent action or attention. Gensolve is able to highlight Abnormal Blood Test Results.

Prerequisites: Healthlink must be setup and you are familiar with Using Healthlink with GPM

Solution

  1. From the Healthlink menu >> Messages >> Get Data. You can apply a number of filters for viewing Healthlink Messages if required.  For more information on working with Healthlink please see How to Manage Messages Received from Healthlink
  2. Any Abnormal Blood Test results received will be highlighted in red as per the below screen shot.  This allows them to be easily identified.

  3. To open the Healthlink Message click on the icon to the right of the message.
  4. The Message will highlight any abnormal results that may require your attention in orange.

  5. Once completed click Confirm Message or Save
