How to Charge a Class to a Client's Membership
Issue
I am unable to add a client to a class and charge the class to the client's membership.
Solution
All following statements must be true:
- The client must have a membership: see How to Allocate a Client Membership
- At least one service charge must be specified for the class : see How to Create a New Weekly Class
- The membership must be valid for the site where the class is booked
- The class date must be included within the membership validity dates
- The service charge must be valid on the date the class is booked : see How to Create a New Service Charge
- The service charge amount in the Charge Price History must be valid on the date the class is booked otherwise $0.00 will be charged
- The service charge must be valid for the site where the class is booked
- The service charge must be valid for the provider the class is booked with.
