How to Expire an ACC32
Issue
An ACC32 exists, but no more appointments are required to be counted against it.
Solution
-
Open the Condition Details for the condition the ACC32 relates to
-
Click on the ACC32's and Misc Billing Tab
-
Locate the required ACC32 and click to display the ACC32 details window
-
Change EITHER:
-
The date, to make the ACC32 more than 12 months old, or
-
The number of appointments requested to equal the number already counted against the ACC32, so none remain.
5. Click Save.
