Login with MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) users to access GPM Web. This ensures that additional information will be requested during login. According to Microsoft, " Use strong MFA to help protect your organization against breaches due to lost or stolen credentials." (see reference in the following link )
Using a two-factor authentication app
1. Go to the App Store on your mobile and look for Authy >> Download and Open it
2. First, enter your Country Code and Mobile Phone Number, enter your number without the first digit i.e. 0
3. Enter your Email >> Choose how to receive confirmation, via phone call or SMS >> Authy is set up and ready to add an account
Activating Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for GPM Web
1. Go to the GPM Web URL >> Enter the Organisation, Username and Password >> Click on Log in
2. After clicking on Login, the following window will show up. You can either Scan the QR code using Authy or manually enter the Key displayed
3. In Authy create a New Account. If you don't have any accounts yet, the following message should be displayed on the app >> Tap on the red plus icon to add a New Account
4. Then, you have the option to scan the QR code or enter the Key manually >> After doing so, you will be prompted to enter a password
5. A 6 digit Token will be displayed (similar to the following image)
6. Enter the Token in the MFA Code >> Click on Continue, to log into GPM Web
7. Upon your next login, you will be redirected to the Enter MFA Code screen. There is no need to scan the QR code again
