Please follow the steps described below to navigate the Client Condition Details area in GPM Web
ACC32/18s
1. Click on ACC32/18s tab
2. Click on ACC32 to access the Client ACC32 details
3. Click on ACC18 to access the Client ACC18 details
Appointments
1. Click on Appointments tab to access All the Appointment related to that condition will be displayed and will hide the cancelled Appointment by default
2. Apply filters to your search by clicking on
NOTE : User Can Click on to view the Cancelled appointment or appointment for other condition
Discharge
1. Click on Discharge tab to access the discharge details
2. Apply filters to your search by clicking on
Full History
1. Click on Full History tab to access the Client full history details
2. Apply filters to your search by clicking on
Investigations
1. Click on Investigation tab to access the Client Investigation details
Letters and Uploads
1. Click on Letters and Uploads tab
2. Click on Letter to access the Client Letters details
3. Apply filters to your search by clicking on
4. Click on Uploads to access the Client Upload details
5. Apply filters to your search by clicking on
6.By default it will show the uploads for that condition. User Can Click on to view other uploads as well
Medical Notes
1. Click on Medical Notes tab to access the Client Medical details
2. Apply filters to your search by clicking on
Miscellaneous Billing
1. Click on Miscellaneous Billing tab to access the Client Miscellaneous Item to Bill
Referrals
1. Click on Referrals tab
2. Click on Internal Referrals to access the Client Internal Referrals details
3. Click on External Referrals to access the Client External Referrals details
Splinting
1. Click on Splinting tab to access the Client Splinting details
