How to Navigate in the GPM Web Calendar

Different Type of Calendar Views

  • Day View
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Day option from the menu
  4. The calendar will then display the view for the selected day

  • Week View
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Week option from the menu
  4. The calendar will then display the view for the selected week

Various Calendar Setting

  • Hide Clinicians Not Working
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Hide Clinician Not Working option from the menu



  4. Clinician Not working will not be display in the Calendar



    NOTE : Prior to selecting the Hide Clinician Not Working option, clinicians who are not working will appear as greyed out in the calendar
  •     Hide Clinicians Not Working At this Site
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Hide Clinicians Not Working At this Site option from the menu



  4. Clinician Not working at that site will not be display in the Calendar



    NOTE : Prior to selecting the Hide Clinicians Not Working At this Site option, clinicians who are not working at the site will appear as greyed out in the calendar
  •      Hide Client Names
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Hide Client Names option from the menu



  4. Client Name will be Hidden from the appointment

 
  •     Hide Cancelled Appointments
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Hide Cancelled Appointments option from the menu



  4. Cancelled Appointments will be Hidden from the appointment

  •      Hide Appointment Icons
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Hide Appointment Icons option from the menu



  4. Icons will be Hidden from the appointment

 
  •      Include Weekends
  1. Navigate to the Calendar section >> Select Week View
  2. Click the  next to Select a Site
  3. Choose the Include Weekends option from the menu



  4. Weekends will be displayed in the Calendar
