How to Perform a Medicare Bulk Billing Claim via Medicare Online
What you will learn...
You can use the Medicare Online Service and GPM to submit claims to Medicare for services provided by your practice.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to use GPM to perform a Medicare bulk billing claim through Medicare Online.
Prerequisites
- A Medicare Service Charge has been created.
- The Medicare-Online Payment Type has been created.
- A Client Condition has been created (a Provider Number needs to be entered for the Referrer).
- The client's Medicare details have been entered.
- The Provider's Medicare details have been entered.
- The Vendor Settings have been configured.
- An appointment has been created using the previously created Medicare service charge and client condition.
- 'Referrer' will need to be updated with Provider N°. as a must for Online Claiming.
