How to Retrieve Documents with the Offline File Window
What you will learn...
In this tutorial, you will learn how to retrieve documents that have not been properly saved to GPM. These can be retrieved using the Offline File Manager window.
Prerequisites
You have lost a document because either Word or your Computer crashed so that Gensolve did not get a chance to save the document back to the Gensolve server, although it has been saved locally ie on your computer. The next time you start your Gensolve, a message appears asking you to open the document found on your computer (which you were working on) so that you can compare it to the one saved on the Gensolve server. Then you can decide which one you want to keep.
