Installing the HICAPS Terminal & Software
HICAPS Terminal
To install the HICAPS Terminal (the device), please refer to the instructions on the HICAPS website.
HICAPS Connect Software
- Click here to download the HICAPS Connect software files from the Gensolve Website
- Double click on the downloaded file (HicapsConnect_XXX.exe) to initiate the installation process
- Click Run and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation
- Ensure the software is up-to-date.
- Right click on the HICAPS icon (
) in the taskbar. - Select the Configure menu.
- Click on the Updates button.
