      Intra Referrals Report

      Description

      This report shows any referrals from one Clinician/Provider to another within the same practice.

      There are a couple of scenarios of when Intra Referrals may occur:

      • When a client has seen a Clinician/Provider (for example a Physio) and has then been referred to another Clinician/Provider within the same practice (for example a Podiatrist).
      • When a Clinician/Provider may want a second opinion from a colleague.

      Running the Report

      • Go to Reports >> Reports and select Clinical from the Report Category list.
      • Then select Intra Referrals Report in the Report to Run list.
      • Set up the filters to select the data to be run for the report.
      • Click on Run Report to generate the report.

      Filters

      TYPE DESCRIPTION
      For Vendor

      This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Vendor.
      From Clinician

      This filter allows you to show the report data that was sent from a specific clinician.
      To Clinician

      This filter allows you to show the report data that was sent to a specific clinician.
      Restrict To

      This filter allows you to restrict the report data to the following conditions: Date Created, Date Referred, Date Acknowledged, Needs Acknowledgements and Needs Follow-Up.
      Date Range

      This filter allows you to select a date range for which to run the report.
      Set Period to

      This filter allows you to set the date range to a specific Period (e.g.: Calendar Year, Financial Year, etc.).

      The Generated Report

      From within the report, you can click edit to open the Intra Referral details.
