Maintaining ACC45 Claim Numbers if using the ACC API Method

Note: This functionality must be turned on by the Gensolve Support Team and a valid Digital Certificate must be installed.  Please contact the Gensolve Support Team for more information.

Note: Blocks of ACC32 numbers will still need to be requested and entered as normal.

  • Gensolve Practice Manager is integrated with ACC's Claim Number API.  This function REMOVES the need to request blocks of ACC45 numbers from ACC and then manually entering them.
  • When creating a new ACC45, simply click on the New button and a Claim Number will auto populate directly via the API as per the image below, - as it previously did from your block of numbers, so there is no change in the process.
  • There is no need to remove your current block of ACC45 numbers created previously under the Applet Method, as these will be overridden by the API Method process.

 

ACC45 Claim Numbers for Site

Site

To enter a range of ACC claim numbers for a Site:

  1. Go to Administration  >> Sites then click Get Data

  2. Click  next to the Site, to display the Site Details then click on the ACC Settings tab

  3. Enter the initial letters of the claim range in ACC45 Prefix, eg AA, AB

  4. Enter the 1st ACC claim number in ACC45 Current, and the last claim number in ACC45 End.
