Prevent Booking Outside of Available Hours
Issue
Need to prevent booking outside Clinicians Schedule
Solution
Follow the steps below to disable the option to allow booking outside the Clinicians available hours:
- Go to Administration >> Vendors and click Get Data
- Click on to open the Vendor Details window
- Click on the Client & Appointment Settings tab
- Uncheck Allow booking outside Clinicians Schedule
- Click Save
6. Once this option is disabled, you will be presented with this blocker message if trying to book outside the Clinicians schedule:
