Product Stock Levels
Description
This report details all stock currently on hand. It provides stock level, re-order level if one has been set up, and splits the stock on hand at each site.
It is used to manage stock levels, and determine if re-ordering is required, or redistribution of stock to other sites may be required.
Running the Report
- Go to Accounting >> Accounting Form >> Reports >> Reports and select Business from the Report Category list.
- Then select Product Stock Levels in the Report to Run list.
- Set up the filters to select the data to be run for the report.
- Click on Run Report to generate the report.

This filter allows you to run the report for a specific Site. |
Only Show Products needing reorder? |
Note: Click on the .... at the end of each row to run the 'Activity' and 'Outstanding Items' reports.

Only Show Products with Stock Amounts? |
This filter allows you to specify whether only products with current Stock Amounts should be included in the report. Please note that this filter will change how the totals are displayed. |
