Provider Appears Twice on Appointment Book

A clinician appears more than once on the appointment book.


This occurs if the clinician has been added to the same site more than once.


Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. Go to Administration >> Clinicians
  2. Click Get Data to display the list of clinicians
  3. Click on the affected clinician in the list
  4. Check the Clinician Sites grid (at the bottom the window)
  5. If the same site appears more than once, delete the duplicated sites by clicking on the 
  6. Return to the appointment book and click on a different date to refresh the view
  7. Verify that the clinician no longer appears more than once.
