Record of SMS Messages Sent to Clients
Solution
Follow the steps below to view the SMS messages sent to Clients:
- Select a Client
- Click on
to open the Client Details window - Click on Full History tab
- Check SMS and click Get Data
- The SMS messages sent and their details will be listed as shown below.
