Gensolve Audio Enterprise Manager
Restrict Access to Client Uploads
Reason
There is a requirement to restrict access to a client's uploaded files. The User uploading a file to Client Uploads can now restrict the access to themselves.
Solution
Prerequisite : You must contact Gensolve Support to have this feature turned on for your organisation.
- Select the client using Ctrl-F or searching the Client field
- Click on Uploads
- Select the appropriate File Type
- Click Restrict Access to this Upload File?
- The Upload a File screen will turn red
- Click on Upload from Scanner or Upload from File and complete the Upload
- Once uploaded, only the user that Uploaded the file is able to see it highlighted in red as per below
