      Set a Default Appointment Duration

      How to set a default appointment duration for a specific type of appointment.

      Solution

      The default appointment duration is set by the service charge applied to the appointment.

      To modify this:

      1. Go to Administration>> Service Charges.
      2. Locate the required service charge and click .
      3. Set the default duration in the Appt Length (mins) field.
