Share a Custom Form

In order for a client to fill in a Custom Form, you can send a link for the Custom Form via email directly from GPM or you can copy the URL link and paste it into an email to the client outside of Gensolve. Once this link is received by the client, filled in, and is saved by the client, a new form entry will be created for this client.  The Form will also be uploaded against the client's Letters & Uploads tab.

There are two ways to send the link: From the Client's Appointment, or via the Full History Tab in the Client's file.

You are able to Share the Link by copying it to Clipboard or you can Share Link via Email as follows:

  1. Select Email From: email address.
Note: If you have not verified your domain, you will not able to add any email addresses. Please refer to How to Verify a Vendor's Internet Domain
  2. Select the Email Template you want it to send.
Note: For more information, please refer to How to Create an Email Template for Custom/Smart Form
  3. Click on Send Email

This then sends your Client a form to fill in and when they hit save it saves the updated form into your Gensolve under the Client's Letters&Uploads >> Uploads as a file. In addition, depending on the form and the items on the form, the answers will reflect on the Client Page. And an entry will also be saved in the Client's Full History tab.

Note: After the form has been sent from Gensolve, an 'Email Out' event will automatically be created. You can see this event in the Full History tab by ticking the Events checkbox and then clicking on Get Data or via Front Office >> Events >> Set the proper filters >> Get Data.
