Upload Data Files for Migration

In order for Gensolve to migrate your current data into Gensolve Practice Manager, you will be required to upload an archived file (also referred to as .zip file).

Please install the Gensolve Uploader and then run it to bring up the upload screen as below:
 

 
 

Follow the steps below to upload the backup file

1. Please click  on the upload screen to search for your backup file.

2. Navigate to where the backup is kept and select Open.
   
   

3. The File to upload field on the upload screen will now show the path to the file. Simply select Secure Upload to begin.
   
   

Note: If you are uploading files in a folder instead of a single zip file please tick the checkbox Compress files before uploading?.
