Using Another Client's Membership Card

Issue

A client (A) attends a class but pays using units from another client's (B) membership.

Solution

1. Increase the Previously Used count by one on client B's membership:

• Edit Client B's details
• Select Membership tab
• Edit membership details and update the Previously Used field.
  

2. Write off the cost for client A : see How to Create a Client Write-Off.

3. Update the notes on client B's membership details as well as the class notes: see How to Create Client Notes on a Class.
