Using Another Client's Membership Card
Issue
A client (A) attends a class but pays using units from another client's (B) membership.
Solution
- Increase the Previously Used count by one on client B's membership:
- Edit Client B's details
- Select Membership tab
- Edit membership details and update the Previously Used field.
