Using Telehealth with GPM

The Telehealth service is integrated with Gensolve Practice Manager.

You can use Telehealth to take care of your patients through video consultations in One-on-one video sessions.

Follow the tutorials below to learn how to use Telehealth with [APP]:

  1. Booking a Telehealth Consultation via GPM Appointment Book
    You can create Telehealth appointments from the scheduler on GPM and differentiate them from other kind of appointments.
  2. Booking a Telehealth Consultation via Online Booking Portal
    Learn how to configure the Online Booking Portal so clients are able to book Telehealth appointments from there.
  3. Create a New Service Charge for your Appointments
    You may want to create a new service charge to indicate that charges for such services can be used through Telehealth.
  4. Send a Reminder with Telehealth link
    You can send the URL to the client by email or copying the link to send it via Skype or the way you prefer to start the video consultation.
