What do the Healthlink Message Statuses mean?
Issue
In order to use HealthLink Messaging, it is important to learn how to identify the status of HealthLink messages created in Gensolve and how they are reflected in the application.
Reason
In the HealthLink tab, the HealthLink messages are stored in different folders according to their statuses as follows.
Solution
In the following table, you can find the definition of each HealthLink Message status:
HEALTHLINK STATUS | DEFINITION |
Inbox | Received messages not yet Confirmed. |
Confirmed | Received messages which has been Confirmed. |
Draft | Created messages which have not been completed and sent to the Outbox |
Outbox | Created messages sent to the Outbox, waiting to be acknowledged by the end receiver. |
Failed | Created messages failed after sending. |
Succeeded | Created messages successfully received and acknowledged by the end recipient. |
Deleted | Created or received messages which have been deleted (HealthLink require all deleted messages to be viewable). |
Note: All HealthLink messages have View Status ability.
