[Gensolve Enterprise Manager](https://knowledge.gensolve.com/migration/knowledge/gensolve-enterprise-manager?hsLang=en) # Accessing Vald Performance ### Reason You are a mutual client of Gensolve & Vald and wish to synchronise client data between Gensolve Practice Manager and Vald Hub. ### Solution #### Prerequisites: You have a Vald Performance Account and have received your Vald Hub Org ID from Vald Performance.  For more information please visit [https://valdperformance.com/](https://valdperformance.com/). You must have Full Administration rights in Gensolve Practice Manager to setup your Vald Hub Org ID and complete the integration. WARNING:  By allowing any third party access via the API to your Gensolve you are allowing access by that third party to your Gensolve Practice Manager data to GET, POST and PUT your data. It is your responsibility to understand where and how your data may be used and that security and privacy policies in your country are adhered to. #### Setup Integration 1. Contact the Gensolve Support Team to have the Vald Integration turned on.  Without contacting the Gensolve Support Team, none of the steps below are able to be completed.  Contact the support team via the Support Portal or via support@gensolve.com. 2. Go to Administration \>\> Vendors \>\> Get Data \>\> click the ![](https://docs.testpublic.gensolve.com/docs/gpm_nz/desktop/Icons/edit.jpg)  icon on the relevant Vendor that will have the integration implemented. 3. Open a client file 2.
