Manage Classes

You can use Gensolve Practice Manager to create and manage client memberships and weekly classes.

Follow the processes below and watch the videos to learn more about managing memberships and classes in GPM.

•  Create a Weekly Class
  Weekly classes are created to allow recurring class bookings to be created and maintained together.

•  Create a Client Membership
  Memberships are created to allow clients to purchase multiple class sessions and prepay at a determined rate, or to allow unlimited usage of a resource or class for a set period of time.

•  Add a Client to a Class (and multiple classes)
  Individual classes in a series of weekly classes can be edited separately and client attendance can be charged to clients' prepaid memberships.
