Restrict Access to Client Uploads

Reason

There is a requirement to restrict access to a client's uploaded files.  The User uploading a file to Client Uploads can now restrict the access to themselves.

Solution

Prerequisite : You must contact Gensolve Support to have this feature turned on for your organisation.

  1. Select the client using Ctrl-F or searching the Client field
  2. Click on Uploads
  3. Select the appropriate File Type
  4. Click Restrict Access to this Upload File?
  5. The Upload a File screen will turn red
  6. Click on Upload from Scanner or Upload from File and complete the Upload
  7. Once uploaded, only the user that Uploaded the file is able to see it highlighted in red as per below
