How to Charge a Class to a Client's Membership

Issue

I am unable to add a client to a class and charge the class to the client's membership.

Solution

All following statements must be true:

1. The client must have a membership: see How to Allocate a Client Membership
2. At least one service charge must be specified for the class : see How to Create a New Weekly Class
3. The membership must be valid for the site where the class is booked
4. The class date must be included within the membership validity dates
5. The service charge must be valid on the date the class is booked : see How to Create a New Service Charge
6. The service charge amount in the Charge Price History must be valid on the date the class is booked otherwise $0.00 will be charged
7. The service charge must be valid for the site where the class is booked
8. The service charge must be valid for the provider the class is booked with.
