[Medicare](https://knowledge.gensolve.com/migration/knowledge/gensolve-enterprise-manager?hsLang=en#medicare) # Reconciliation / Manual Reconciliation of Medicare Claims You can use GPM to reconcile the payments received via Medicare Online. Follow the process described below to learn how to reconcile an item manually. 1. Go to **Medicare** \>\> **Reconciliation.** 2. Click on **Get Transactions to Reconcile** \>\> Tick the Claim you need to reconcile. 3. Once the Claim is ticked, the Item is displayed with the **Claimed Amount** and the **Benefit Amount** automatically entered. Select the **Bank Account** and the **Date to record reconciliation** \>\> Click on **Continue** ![](https://docs.testpublic.gensolve.com/docs/gpm_au/desktop/Processes/Medicare/Medicare_Online/Graphics/Medicare_Reconciliation_-_Select_Date_Paid.png) 6. Once the payment is made, the Daily Takings is automatically created.
